Panicker has been an ad film editor for almost ten years. Following his appearance in advertisements, director Shakun Batra approached him to work on his first film, Kapoor & Sons (2016). He went on to work on films such as Budhia Singh: Born to Run (2016), Chef (2017), Tumhari Sulu (2017), and Hope Aur Hum (2018).
