Shakti Sinha was the director of the Nehru Memorial Museum & Library and a career civil servant in the Indian Administrative Service from 11 May 1957 to 4 October 2021.
He served as the International Buddhist Confederation’s director general [2] and the Honorary Director of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Policy Research and International Studies (AIPRIS) at M.S. University of Baroda in Gujarat at the time of his passing.
