Satish Nair

Biography:

Satish Nair is an Indian film maker who has been active in the Hindi film industry in the capacity of a director and an assistant / associate director. He started his career in the world of designing and then moved to movies where he worked alongside the director Shoojit Sircar for close to ten years in commercials as well as feature films. Satish Nair was credited as an associate director for the movie Madras Cafe (2013) that was directed by Shoojit Sircar and also served as a second unit director for the same movie.

In 2015, Rising Sun Films elevated Satish Nair to the position of film director due to his experience within the production company. Satish Nair later on directed and co-directed advertisements and campaigns for brands such as Maggi, Coca-Cola Pakistan and Dhanuka Agri Products as well as political campaign videos. Some of his other works include those related to Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi (2022).
