Sathyaraj Natarajan his a film editor and edited Tamil-language movies. He worked as Praveen K. L.’s assistant and frequently with director Sai Gokul, winning critical acclaim for his films Kalyana Samayal Saadham (2013) and Vidiyum Munn (2013).
Natarajan edited Sai Gokul’s unreleased horror film Shivani and assisted Praveen K. L. in the making of Aaranya Kaandam (2011). He worked on two projects at the same time: the romantic comedy Kalyana Samayal Saadham (2013) and the thriller Vidiyum Munn (2013). Behindwoods.com gave him the Best Editor Award.
Vaaliba Raja (2016) and Rum (2017), two Anirudh musicals, featured him continuing his partnership with Sai Gokul. Working on Super Deluxe (2019), directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja and starring Samantha and Vijay Sethupathi, he was awarded the Zee Cine Award Tamil for Best Editor. V Vignarajan is the writer and director of Andhaghaaram, which he edits.
