Biography:

Sathya Ponmar is an Indian cinematographer, popular amongst the regional audience for his work in movies like Yaakkai (2017), Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum (2016), Courier Boy Kalyan (2015), etc. Mostly known for his major involvement in Telugu TV series, short films, documentaries, dramas and Tollywood movies, Satya has been a prominent part of the South Indian film industry for more than five years now.

The year 2017 was a critical one for Satya Ponmar as he made his first decisive contribution on the silver screen as a film editor with the romantic thriller movie Yaakkai, directed by Kuzhandai Velappan.
