Sarah Niles

Biography:

Sarah Niles is an English actress who was born on June 17, 1987. Her role as Dr. Sharon Fieldstone in the Apple+ series Ted Lasso, for which she was nominated for two Emmy Awards, made her famous. In addition, she starred in a number of films, including Riches and the Sandman in 2022, The Loud House and its sequel, No Time to Spy (2024–2025), Catastrophe (2015–2019), I May Destroy You and Trying (2020), Spotless (2015), and Beautiful People (2009).

Niles was born in Thornton Heath, south London, on June 17, 1987. Her mother, a care nurse, and father, an electrician, from Barbados who came to Britain in the late 1950s. Niles is the youngest of three children. She studied drama at the Manchester Metropolitan University’s Manchester School of Theatre.
