Sanjay Goradia, an Indian actor, director, and producer, has an impressive portfolio. With over a hundred Gujarati plays under his belt, he’s not only produced them but also showcased his acting prowess in a quarter of the productions. His theatrical journey commenced backstage in 1979 with “Pagla Ghoda,” directed by Latesh Shah.

Goradia’s notable plays include “Pappu Paas Thayi Gayo,” “Aa Namo Bahu Nade Chhe,” “Chup Raho Khush Raho,” “De Taali Kona Baap Ni Diwali,” “Sunder Be Baydiwalo,” and “Bairaono Bahubali.” Beyond the stage, he ventured into Hindi plays like “Maa Retire Hoti Hai” featuring Jaya Bachchan, “Pati-Patni aur Mein” with Shatrughan Sinha, “Chupkay Chupkay” starring Zeenat Aman, and “Lali Leela.”

Goradia’s influence extends to the television realm, where he produced several Gujarati shows such as “Tari Ankhno Afini,” “Aa Family Comedy Che” (2014), “Kumkum Na Pagla Padya” (2015), “Shukra Mangal,” and “Sukh Mare Angane” for Colors Gujarati.
