In his more than fifteen-year Bollywood career, filmmaker Robbie Grewal is most renowned for writing and directing the highly regarded thriller Samay: When Time Strikes (2003), which starred Sushmita Sen. Among his other noteworthy directing credits are the romantic comedy MP3: Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar (2007) and Aloo Chaat (2009). Robbie directed Romeo Akbar Walter, a spy thriller with John Abraham in the lead, in 2019.
