Biography:

Ranjeet Kamala Sankar is an Indian filmmaker, screenplay writer, and producer known mainly for his contributions to the field of Malayalam films. He directed his maiden movie Passengers (2004) which went on to become a critically acclaimed drama, followed by many other successful movies like Kerala Café (segment), Happy Husbands, Molly Aunty Rocks!, and Njan Marykutty and gained fame for his talent of directing different genres of movies including comedy, drama, and socially relevant movies. In 2021, he co-directed a techno-horror thriller titled Chathur Mukham along with Salil V and became a part of one of the first-ever screen life horror movies of India. Over the years, Ranjeet has gained a reputation of a filmmaker who directs entertaining movies with characters playing a central role in his movies.
