Randhir Gatla Indian actor Ranadhir Reddy performs in Telugu films. In 2007, he made his acting debut in the highly regarded film Happy Days, directed by Shekar Kammula.
Reddy grew up in Hyderabad, where he was born. After completing his M.B.A. at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, he worked for Microsoft and then resided in Bangalore. Reddy was a model and made a few TV commercial appearances before to joining the film business.
Not having acted before, Reddy went to an audition for a film directed by Sekhar Kammula in 2007. The movie, which shows the perspective of an ordinary engineering student, helped young people identify with the characters.
It was a great financial and critical success, taking home multiple awards, including three Nandi Awards and six Filmfare Awards South. Reddy had a pompous role to play, and people liked what he did. Then he started getting offers. The national award-winning filmmaker G. Neelakanta Reddy later starred him in Mr. Medhavi. Prominent performers like Sonu Sood and Genelia D’Souza were in this film’s cast.
Later, Reddy costarred with Nikhil Siddharth, who also starred in Happy Days, in the youth-oriented mass entertainer Yuvatha, where he began addressing his shortcomings. Reddy was given recognition for his performance in the movie Baanam, where he played a villainous local don who terrorized the police while constructing his evil empire.
