Raju Jeyamohan

Raju Jeyamohan, born on July 2, 1991, is a versatile Indian actor, television host, and model, predominantly known for his contributions to the Tamil film and television industry. His career has seen him play pivotal roles in both TV shows and films, establishing his presence in the entertainment arena.

Raju’s film debut took place in 2019 with the movie “Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma.” He has also been a prominent face on Tamil television, with appearances in popular serials like “Kana Kaanum Kalangal,” “Kalloori Salai,” “Aandaal Azhagar,” and “Saravanan Meenatchi” on Vijay Television. His work on the small screen has garnered him recognition and a dedicated fan following.

In 2022, Raju Jeyamohan achieved significant acclaim by emerging as the winner of the Tamil reality television show “Bigg Boss” (Tamil season 5). This victory added another feather to his cap, further elevating his standing in the industry.

Hailing from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, Raju pursued his B.Sc. in Visual Communication from PSG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore. In October 2020, he entered into matrimony with his long-time girlfriend, Tarika, marking a personal milestone in his life. Before making a name for himself on television, Raju had a substantial presence in the modeling world, gracing various covers and participating in photo shoots.

Raju Jeyamohan’s career commenced in 2012 with his role in the Coming of age television drama “Kana Kaanum Kaalangal.” He played a significant part in the show’s second season. Although he was initially considered for a role in Vijay’s film “Nanban” in 2012, personal reasons led him to decline the offer.

He continued to make his mark on television by portraying Saravanan’s personal assistant in Star Vijay’s “Saravanan Meenatchi Season 2” from 2013 to 2016. A year later, he took on the role of Kathiresan in the family drama “Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar.”

In addition to his television work, Raju ventured into the world of cinema with notable roles in films like “Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma” (2019), “Murungakkai Chips” (2021), and “Don” (2022).

Raju’s 2022 victory in “Bigg Boss” marked a significant milestone in his career, solidifying his popularity.
