American actor and comedian Patrick Warburton was born on November 14, 1964. He played the title character on The Tick, Jeb Denton on Less than Perfect, Jeff Bingham on Rules of Engagement, Lemony Snicket on A Series of Unfortunate Events, and David Puddy on Seinfeld.

Additionally, Warburton has provided voices for characters like Sheriff Bronson Stone in Scooby-Doo and Joe Swanson in Family Guy! The caboose in The Little Engine That Could, Mayor Winddancer in Zootopia 2, Buzz Lightyear in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Kronk in Disney’s The Emperor’s New Groove, Brock Samson in The Venture Bros.
