Biography:

Parikshit Joshi is a renowned Indian filmmaker, writer, director, and actor, well-known for his contribution in Hindi Digital Entertainment sector. He kick-started his career as a creative artist at The Viral Fever (TVF) and later became a significant creative contributor at The Screen Patti (TSP) where he authored several sketches and mini-series. Some of the early writing works of his includes ‘Zeroes’ and ‘Weekends’. Moreover, he was also a mentor to budding writers and contributed to the development of youth-centric digital entertainment content. His writing style consists of relatable characters, slice of life stories, and emotional relationships. Thus, he emerged as one of the leading voices in the Indian digital entertainment industry.

He co-authored the coming-of-age series ‘Feels Like Home’ (2022), prior to making his debut as a full-fledged director in SonyLIV family drama series ‘Family Aaj Kal’ (2024). Some of his other directorial works include ‘Bharat Nagar Diaries’, ‘Family Dinner’, episodes of ‘CarryMinati’ and ‘Arranged Patch Up 2’. He has written seasons two of ‘Half Love Half Arranged’. As an actor, he has featured in projects like ‘Boys Hostel’, ‘Pyaar vs Dosti’, and ‘Wrong Number’. He is known for his character-driven narrative approach and modern perspective on relationship and family dynamics.
