Biography:

Indian actress Padmaja Rao hails from Karnataka and works as a producer, director, and director of television soap operas. Actress with versatility, she has portrayed a broad range of characters in many genres of movies.

Hatavadi (2006), Mungaru Male (2006), Gaalipata (2008), and Ugramm (2014) are a few of Padmaja Rao’s prominent acting roles. Chaali Polilu (2014), a successful film, marked her debut in the Tulugu film business.

Padmaja Rao attended school in Bombay before going to college in London. Sanjeev, her married son, is a well-known herpetologist, conservationist, and animal activist.

Padmaja Rao’s career began with the hugely popular Vaishali Kasaravalli teleserial Moodala Mane, which swept over Karnataka. The super serial Preethi Illada Mele, which costarred Yash and Anant Nag, followed, solidifying her reputation as a household name once more.

Hatavadi, a Kannada film directed by V. Ravichandran, marked her film debut. After that, she was acknowledged for her performance in the 2006 hit movie Mungaru Male. She received three nominations for the Best Supporting Actress Filmfare Award.
