American screenwriter, author, and television producer Noah Oppenheim was born in 1977 or 1978. Prior to this, Oppenheim was head of development at the production company Reveille and executive in charge and senior producer of NBC’s Today Show, where he oversaw the 7–8am hour of the show. In 2017, he was appointed president of NBC News. That same year, Ronan Farrow accused Oppenheim of trying to halt his coverage of the sexual abuse cases involving Harvey Weinstein, a charge Oppenheim refuted. In January 2023, Oppenheim signed a production deal with NBCUniversal for movies and television shows and resigned as president of NBC News.
