Biography:

Nikitha Narayan is a model and actor from India. She has been a model since she was ten years old, and in 2011 she made her film debut in Telugu after competing in and winning beauty pageants. Nikitha was born to Kannada parents In Bengaluru, Karnataka Her mother is a trained interior designer who chose to stay at home with her children, and her father works in corporate communications and advertising. Her sister is younger than her.

She received her Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Hyderabad’s St. Francis College, Begumpet. After working as a business analyst intern at Goldman Sachs Bangalore, she was hired by Facebook. Following her debut film, she was employed by Amazon.com. The majority of her life was spent studying and growing up in Bengaluru, Mysore, Chennai, Vizag, and Hyderabad.

At the age of ten, Nikitha collaborated with renowned filmmaker Rajiv Menon on a television commercial for Annapurna Iodized salt, which marked the beginning of her modeling career. Over the ensuing years, advertisements for Fair & Lovely and other brands were released after it. She participated in the 2010 Miss South India competition after winning the Dabur Miss Fresh Face of Hyderabad in 2009, where she placed second overall and won several subtitles, including Miss Congeniality and Miss Beautiful Skin.

Then, in the Miss Queen of India 2011 pageant, she and three other models represented the South. She took home the Miss Beautiful Eyes title despite finishing outside the Top 5. In addition, Nikitha has modeled for companies in a variety of categories, such as apparel and jewelry, and she has walked the runway in numerous fashion shows and designer week.

Nikitha made her screen debut in November 2011 when she was cast in the lead role of Madhura Sreedhar Reddy’s Telugu film It’s My Love Story. She received positive reviews for her performance, and the movie ran successfully in Andhra Pradesh for more than 50 days. She “makes a sparkling debut,” according to The Hindu, and Rediff said she “looks fresh and has the potential to grow into an actor.”

She received a nomination for the 1st South Indian International Movie Awards, which took place in Dubai, in the Best Female Debutant category.
