Biography:

Indian actress and director Mrunmayee Deshpande was born on May 29, 1988. She has acted in both Marathi and Hindi films. In addition to being a dancer and anchor, she has starred in Hindi and Marathi films and TV shows. Agnihotra, her debut daily soap opera, was shown on Star Pravah. Mrunmayee attended Sir Parashurambhau College in 2007 and Renuka Swaroop High School in Pune. She is the sister of singer and actress Gautami Deshpande.

Although Mrunmayee’s career began with the Hindi film Humne Jeena Seekh Liya (2008), she is best recognised for her part in the Zed Marathi Serial Kunku. She was an Anchor (Colours Marathi) on the Comedychi Bullet Train. She currently anchors Zed Marathi’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs 2021. She co-starred in the Mumbai Diaries on Amazon Prime.
