Mridul Sen

Biography:

Mridul Sen is an accomplished Indian cinematographer and visual storyteller, recognized for his work on films such as Bloodbath (2017), The Eye (2016), and Rattlesnakes (2019). His expertise spans various roles in the camera and electrical departments, as well as editing and producing.​

Sen’s career began with short films, where he honed his skills in cinematography and editing. In Bloodbath (2017), a short thriller, he served as both cinematographer and editor, showcasing his ability to craft intense visual narratives. Similarly, in The Eye (2016), he took on the roles of cinematographer and editor, further demonstrating his proficiency in visual storytelling.​

In Rattlesnakes (2019), a psychological thriller directed by Julius Amedume, Sen contributed as a key grip, playing a crucial role in the camera and lighting setups that enhanced the film’s suspenseful atmosphere.​

Beyond these projects, Sen’s diverse portfolio includes work on feature films, music videos, and television series. Notably, he was the cinematographer for Khari Biscuit (2019), a Marathi film that earned him the Best Cinematographer award at the Sakal Premier Awards.
