Mithun Sharma, popularly known as Mithoon, is an Indian music composer, singer, and lyricist who primarily works in the Hindi film industry. He was born on January 11, 1985, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Mithoon comes from a family with a rich musical background. His grandfather, Pandit Ram Prasad Sharma, was a renowned music director, and his father, Naresh Sharma, is a well-known composer and music arranger. Growing up in such a musical environment, Mithoon developed a passion for music from a young age.

Mithoon made his debut as a music composer in the film industry with the song “Tere Bin” from the film “Bas Ek Pal” in 2006.
