With the Malayalam film Big Brother, she made her acting debut opposite Mohanlal. In the film Burqa, directed by KM Sarjun and starring Kalaiyarasan, Mirnaa portrayed the main role. She also portrayed the lead in Aadi Saikumar’s Crazy Fellow (2022) and Allari Naresh’s Ugram. Mirnaa also appears in Rajinikanth’s film Jailer.
