Mannan Shaah
Biography:
Indian vocalist, songwriter, and cinema music director Mannan Shaah primarily works on Hindi-language movies. He wrote the soundtrack for the following movies: Commando: A One Man Army (2013), Commando 2: The Black Money Trail (2017), and Namaste England (2018).In addition, he provided the voice of Kucch Luv Jaisaa (2011).
He is renowned for recording live musical instruments and utilizing Indian instrumentation in his works. He finished his bachelor’s degree at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and attended Shree Chandulal Nanavati Vinay Mandir. At the age of five, he began receiving instruction in classical music from the late Pandit Vinayak Vora. He spent two years helping Pritam, the music director. Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan is his teacher.
