In Varnachirakukal (1999), Manikuttan made his artistic debut as a youngster. His first major role was in the 2004 movie Oru Peelekanenta Oormakke. His first cinematic role was in Vinayan’s 2005 Malayalam film Boyy Friennd. [6] Since then, he has starred in movies like Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea (2021) and Mamangam (2019).
