Mahi Illindra, an Indian writer and filmmaker, was raised in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. He attended Bangalore to study engineering. Starting as an Apprentice for Uyyala Jumpala (2013), he wrote scripts before moving on to work as a writer for Venkatadri Express (2013), Express Raja (2015), and Chalo (2018). Mahi Illindra began producing web series with Yupp TV and later formed a production company called “Script Tellers.” His debut web series, “Hey Krishna,” for Yupp TV was written and produced by him in 2019. After that, he produced and wrote My Marapu for Sony Liv in 2019, They Call Him Animal in 2020, Kotha Poradu in 2020 for Aha, Hooked in 2021, and Bad Trip in 2021 for Sony Liv. International distribution of Mahi Illindra’s series has been available on YuppTv, Sony Liv, and Aha.
