Mahaboob Basha hails from Rayalaseema, Kurnool district, but grew up in Mumbai and Hyderabad. He entered the film industry at the age of 15 with the movie “Keka” (2008), directed by renowned filmmaker Teja. Despite pursuing his education, he managed to complete his MBA and has now transitioned into full-time acting. Known for his distinct voice and modulation, Mahaboob is recognized for his ability to speak various regional dialects such as Telangana, Rayalaseema, and Godavari. He is proficient in six Indian languages, including Telugu, Hindi, English, Urdu, Marathi, and Tamil. Additionally, he has ventured into the world of OTT platforms with the web series “Bahishkarana,” in which he played a significant role.
