Kiran Deohans

Biography:

Kiran Deohans is a cinematographer recognized for his work on Jodhaa Akbar (2008), where a passionate Rajput princess, Jodhaa, marries Mughal Emperor Akbar for political reasons, but their evolving mutual respect transforms into genuine love.

He is also noted for Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988), which tells the story of Raj and Rashmi, whose romance blossoms despite their families’ longstanding enmity, leading them to elope. Additionally, he worked on Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… (2001), which follows the elder adopted son of a wealthy family who is cast out by his father for marrying a woman of lower social standing, and his younger brother’s quest to reunite the estranged family.
