Kíla Lord Cassidy is a child actor who is British-Irish. She is the daughter of English actor Stephen Lord and Irish actress Elaine Cassidy. The Doorman (2020) was her first full-length motion picture. She received a nomination for Breakthrough Performance at the British Independent Film Awards in December 2022 for her work as Anna the Fasting Girl in the period drama film The Wonder (2022), which is set in Ireland.
Her breakthrough role came when she was 13 years old, costarring with Florence Pugh as Anna the Fasting Girl in the 2022 movie The Wonder. However, because the movie required a certification of being at least 15 years old, Lord Cassidy was unable to attend its premiere. [5] For her performance in the film she received a nomination at the British Independent Film Award for Breakthrough Performance in December 2022.
She finished filming the upcoming historical drama Savage House in 2024, costarring with Claire Foy and Richard E. Grant. In the spring of 2024, she and Shia LaBeouf also filmed the boxing drama, Salvable. She provides the voice acting for the 2025 animated film Spiked, which was made in Luxembourg and features British actor Matthew Goode as well.
