Karan Singh Grover, born on February 23, 1982, is an Indian model and actor renowned for his contributions to television and Hindi films. Notable television series featuring him include “Dill Mill Gayye” and “Qubool Hai,” while his film credits include “Alone” and “Hate Story 3.”
In 2019, Grover marked his return to television with “Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2,” portraying the character Mr. Rishabh Bajaj. He also ventured into the digital realm with his debut in “BOSS: Baap of Special Services.” In 2020, he appeared in the action-thriller web series “Dangerous,” and in 2021, he starred in the web series “Qubool Hai 2.0,” a reboot of the original.
Grover is set to play a key role in the film “Fighter,” scheduled for release on January 25, 2024. Born in New Delhi to a Punjabi Sikh family, Grover spent part of his childhood in Saudi Arabia before completing his schooling in Dammam. In the film domain, Grover featured in “Alone” and “Hate Story 3” in 2015, with the latter becoming a box office success. His digital debut happened in 2019 with “BOSS: Baap of Special Services.” Despite a hiatus, he made a successful comeback to television with “Kasautii Zindagii Kay” in 2019.
Grover’s personal life includes marriages to actresses Shraddha Nigam (divorced after 10 months), Jennifer Winget (separated in 2014), and Bipasha Basu (married on April 30, 2016). In August 2022, Bipasha Basu confirmed their pregnancy, and on November 12, 2022, they welcomed their daughter, Devi Basu Singh Grover.
