Kalyan Raghav Pasapula

Biography:

Kalyan Raghav Pasapula is a Telugu writer known for his screenplay work in numerous films. He attended Gautam High School in Proddatur for his schooling and graduated in electronic and communication from Vaagdevi Institute of Technology and Science in Proddatur, as well as Viswanarayana Junior College in Adoni. Prior to his writing career, Kalyan worked as an RF Engineer at Ericsson India Private Limited and served as a relationship officer at Reliance Communications. He gained experience as an assistant writer at Madhura Entertainment and worked on the film “Ladies and Gentlemen” in 2015.

In his writing career, Kalyan contributed as a dialogue writer for various films. He penned the script for the Telugu drama “Coronavirus,” directed by Agasthya Manju and Ram Gopal Varma, depicting an Indian family navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, which was released in 2020. Additionally, he served as a dialogue writer for the comedy film “ABCD: American Born Confused Desi,” directed by Sanjeev Reddy, starring Rukshar Dhillon, Allu Sirish, and Master Bharat, released in 2017.

Kalyan’s writing credits also include the comedy-drama “Fashion Designer s/o Ladies Tailor,” directed by Vamsy, featuring Sumanth Ashwin, Manasa Himavarsha, Manali Rathore, and Anisha Ambrose in lead roles, released in 2017. He was also the co-writer for the romance drama “Ladies and Gentlemen,” directed and written by PB Manjunath and Sanjeen Reddy, starring Bhasha, Jasmin Bhasin, Swathi Deekshith, and Kamal Kamaraju, released in 2015. Additionally, he contributed as a staff writer for the film “Back Bench Student” in 2013, directed by Madhura Sreedhar, featuring Mohammad Ali, Piaa Bajpai, Sarath Babu, Mahat Raghavendra, and Archana Kavi.

Furthermore, Kalyan ventured into concept writing for the Telugu short film “Heard From Unheard” and scripted the comedy-drama web series “Aha Na Pellanta,” directed by Sanjeev Reddy.
