Judah Sandhy, an Indian film music director primarily active in Kannada cinema, gained prominence through the 2017 blockbuster film “Operation Alamelamma.”
Born on January 21, 1989, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Judah attended St. Aloysius College in Bangalore. Initially, he was the founder member and frontman of the band Slain based in Bangalore. Following his college years, he chose to pursue music as his profession. His journey in the music industry began with work on commercials, short films like “Son of a Gun” and “Raju Bhai,” and jingles. Judah Sandhy made his debut as a music director in the 2015 Kannada film “Thamisra.” Subsequently, in 2016, he composed music for “Lifu Super” and “Badmaash,” featuring Dhananjay and Sanchita Shetty.
The year 2017 marked a significant milestone in Judah’s career as he composed music for the blockbuster film “Operation Alamelamma,” starring Rishi and Shraddha Srinath. Additionally, he contributed to three out of the six songs in “Uppu Huli Khara.” In the same year, Judah Sandhy lent his musical talents to “Chamak,” starring Ganesh and Rashmika Mandanna.
