American actor Joshua Ilan Gad was born on February 23, 1981. He is noted for voicing Olaf in the Frozen franchise and inventing the character of Elder Cunningham in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon. Gad co-won a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album for his performance in The Book of Mormon and received two Annie Awards for his portrayal of Olaf. In addition, Gad received a nomination for Best Leading Actor in a Musical at the 2011 Tony Awards.
