Biography:
Jeb is Amblin Partners’ Co-President of Production. As a founding partner of Big Beach, Jeb started his career in independent filmmaking. He has producer or executive producer credits on movies such Little Miss Sunshine, Sherrybaby, and Chop Shop. During his tenure at Alex Kurtzman’s production business Secret Hideout, Brody executive produced “The Mummy,” a Tom Cruise-starring reworking of the iconic horror movie that did poorly at the box office. In addition to helping acquire and produce “Kill the Messenger,” “The Place Beyond the Pines,” and “Dallas Buyers Club,” which won Oscars for Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto, he scored the adaptation of E.L. James’ best-selling “Fifty Shades of Grey” while serving as president of production at Focus Features.
