Jamie Humphrey

Biography:

Under the direction of renowned casting director Rupsa Banjree, Jamie started their career in the film industry. When Rupsa first approached them for a little part in the movie “Anusandhan,” they were shocked to learn that Jamie had a speaking role on the day of production. Jamie was able to land a big role in “Swastik Sanket,” where they were requested to try out for the role of Richard, because to their expertise with Rupsa. Jamie’s audition was so successful that the directors decided to cast him as Richard in the movie.

Since then, Jamie’s career has taken off. They were given the chance to appear as extras in Marvel’s “Secret Invasion” and the second season of “Gangs of London.” Jamie also had a successful tryout for the position of bodyguard. They experimented with Bollywood, Tamil, and Bengali films, demonstrating that their skill was not limited to English-language movies. Two of Jamie’s most well-known roles are Lornenzo from “Gangs of Soho” and John from “Caught in Between.” They also contributed to the screenplay of “Mafia is Calling.”

At the moment, Jamie has landed parts in the Hollywood movie “14 Knots” and “The Lost Ship” At the 2022 National Social Media Awards in London, they received the coveted “Up and Coming Actor Award” in recognition of their extraordinary talent.
