Harrison Ford is an American actor and one of the best leading men in Hollywood’s history. The actor is well-known as a creator of charismatic, brave, and usually reluctant heroes. Born on July 13, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois, Ford began his acting career by taking minor roles in films and TV-series before his breakthrough role of Han Solo in Star Wars (1977). Due to huge popularity of this franchise, Ford was able to become a worldwide famous actor and to take a number of roles in various Star Wars films. Moreover, the actor gained popularity as Indiana Jones from Steven Spielberg’s Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981).
