Greig Fraser attended Melbourne’s RMIT University. Fraser developed an interest in photography at a young age, but when he began to use his skills and his first feature documentary as a cinematographer, P.I.N.S., which came out in 2000, he realized that perhaps videography was a medium he felt more passionate about.
