Gopinath Bhat is an Indian actor who gained notoriety for playing a bad guy in the 2014 Tulu film Telikeda Bolli. His portrayal of Telikeda Bolli earned him the RED FM Tulu Awards’ Best Actor in a Negative Role Award. Although he has mostly worked in the Tulu cinema business, the actor has also acted in a few Kannada movies, including Veera Madakari (2009) and Lodde (2015). Rang (2014), Dhand (2015), and Chand Kori (2015) are a few of his Tulu films. He made his Telugu film debut in 2017 with the Sandeep Reddy Vanga–directed film Arjun Reddy. His other albums include Jabardasth Shankara, Paddayi, Karne, and Weekend.
He was raised in Mangalore, where he was born. He had his first significant cinematic appearance in 2009 with Sudeep’s action film Veera Madakari, which also starred Devaraj, Ragini Dwivedi, and the director. Since then, Gopinath has worked on more than 10 significant cinema projects, the most recent of which being Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 2015 action romance Arjun Reddy.
