Gaurie Pandit Dwivedi, formerly known as Gowri Pandit, is a versatile Indian model and actress who has left her mark in Bollywood, Telugu, and Kannada cinema. Born in 1982 in New Delhi, she pursued her early education at Springdales, Dhaula Kuan, and later graduated from the Institute of Integrated Learning in Management, New Delhi. From a tender age, Gaurie harbored aspirations of becoming an actress and diligently trained herself for the entertainment industry. Her journey commenced with modeling assignments, and she swiftly gained recognition, securing prestigious projects in Paris and Tokyo.

Gaurie made her foray into acting with the 2005 Telugu film “Andhrudu,” where she played the lead opposite Gopichand, marking her debut as a lead actress. Although she initially envisioned a career in Bollywood, her success in regional cinema became evident with the success of her debut Telugu film. She garnered attention for her impressive modeling work, including a notable Hero Honda commercial alongside Barun Sobti.

In 2007, Gaurie ventured into Bollywood with the film “It’s Breaking News.” Subsequently, she continued her journey in the Telugu and Kannada film industries, appearing in movies like “Kasko” (2009), “Aakasa Ramanna” (2010), and her first Kannada venture, “Jayahe” (2010). Over the years, she featured in Telugu films such as “Nithya Pellikoduku” (2011), “Rajendra” (2011), and “Housefull” (2012).

Aside from her thriving professional life, Gaurie’s personal life took a significant turn in 2011 when she tied the knot with actor-turned-producer Nikhil Dwivedi. Nikhil, known for producing notable Hindi films like “Veere Di Wedding” (2018) and “Dabangg 3” (2019) with Salman Khan, became Gaurie’s life partner. The couple welcomed their son, Shivaan, adding a new dimension to their lives.
