Biography:

Divyani Mondal is an Indian actress and model working mostly in Bengali television, films, and digital media. The actress started her career on television as the lead actor in the Bengali television series Phulki (2023-2025) by Zee Bangla. Her outstanding performance as Fulki, a brave and confident character, made the series among the highest-rated serials in Bengali television and helped her become one of the most promising young talents in the industry.

Prior to her acting career, Mondal worked in the theatre and was a part of the famous Nandikar Theatre group where she trained in stage performance. After gaining fame through her television serial, Mondal went on to act in films and other online streaming sites. She is about to make her film debut playing in a historical drama called Emperor vs Sarat Chandra directed by Srijit Mukherji (to be released in cinemas in October 2026 during the festival of Durga Puja).

In addition, she is going to star in the lead role of other upcoming films, such as Gungun Kore Mahua and Red Flag Bhalobasa Beshi. Moreover, she starred in her first web series in the mystery-drama Thakumar Jhuli (2026) by Hoichoi where she plays the role of Jagyaseni with Srabanti Chatterjee in the main cast.
