David Callaham

Biography:

American screenwriter and producer David Elias Callaham was born on October 24, 1977. The films Doom (2005), The Expendables (2010), Zombieland: Double Tap (2019), Wonder Woman 1984 (2020), Mortal Kombat, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021), and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023) are among his most well-known screenplays.

Michael Callaham and Lee Hsu welcomed Callaham into the world on October 24, 1977, in Fresno, California. Gregory is his brother. His mother is of Chinese ancestry. In 1999, he received his degree in English from the University of Michigan.  Callaham wed Bree Tichy in 2009.  They are parents to at least one child. Under Eddie Bravo, he holds a Brown Belt in 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu.
