Charbel Youssef

Biography:

Charbel Youssef is an international television and commercial director known for high-production reality broadcasting and dramatic media. He successfully connects the production standards of the Middle East with the international entertainment market through organizing large productions in the region. He is best known for directing the Indian reality series Desi Bling, produced by Netflix in 2026. The show focuses on the glamorous lives of the richest South Asian diaspora in Dubai and is made up of seven episodes under his direction. It features celebrities from Bollywood and Indian television, such as Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash, and Shilpa Shetty Kundra.

Alongside his expertise in Indian entertainment industry, Charbel Youssef has an extensive background in Arab media. Some of his well-known directorial works are the Lebanese drama series Metli Metlak (2019), and entertainment show Wall of Fame (2014). Furthermore, he has directed some stunning music videos of well-known regional artists like Lebanese singer Magida El Roumi in her album Baadni Bi Albak.
