Film editor Bhuvan Srinivasan hails from India. Bhuvan made his feature film debut in 2012 with the independent Hindi/English film Delhi in a Day. Since then, he has participated in films such Arima Nambi (2014), Demonte Colony (2015), and Imaikkaa Nodigal (2018), leading to critical praise.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Loyola College in Chennai, Bhuvan Srinivasan attended the LV Prasad Film and Television Academy to get a diploma in editing and sound design. During his five years as Sreekar Prasad’s associate editor, Bhuvan Srinivasan collaborated with the senior editor on thirty films, including Agent Vinod (2012), Cocktail (2012), Thuppakki (2012), Raavanan (2010), and Kadal (2013), to mention a few. After that, he contributed to the 2012 independent Hindi film Delhi in a Day. prior to being asked to edit Arima Nambi (2014) by Anand Shankar. Bhuvan went on to work on movies including Demonte Colony (2015), Kanithan (2016), Iru Mugan (2016), Kuttram 23 (2016), Imaikkaa Nodigal (2018), Maara (2021), and Cobra (2022), which were all well regarded by critics and enjoyed considerable commercial success.
