Ashish Raj

Biography:

Aashish Raj is an Indian actor; he works in the Hindi films as well as in Telugu films. Aashish Raj full name is Aashish Raj Bidkikar. He was born in the Indian state of Hyderabad. He struggled a lot in his career until he got his breakthrough in Bollywood under the Yashraj banner in the movie Daawat-e-Ishq in 2014.

He is a young developing actor who plans to build a great career from himself in the future. Born in Hyderabad, he did his schooling from his hometown. He went to the Osmania University in Hyderabad. Being interested in acting Aashish at the age of 18 became a part of the Samahaara theatre group in Hyderabad.

The group is a cultural non-profit organization that promotes acting among the young. At the theatre group he worked under Ratna Sekhar Reddy, he was a part of advertisement campaigns and short-movies. His time in the group helped him a lot to hone his acting skills.

After working at Samahaara, he got the opportunity to work in Puttinti Pattu Cheera, a Telugu TV series. He worked in the show for at least two months, and then he came back to Hyderabad to complete his MBA in 2014.

The state got a lot of attention from Bollywood during those times, so there was an audition by the Yashraj banner for the movie Daawat-e-Ishq; they were looking for new faces. Aashish turned up, and got selected on the second call; he played the role of Montu, and it was his breakthrough.
