Aruna Shields is a British therapist, actress, and filmmaker. She made her screen debut in the 2010 Indian film Prince, starring Vivek Oberoi, after being born in the United Kingdom on August 6, 1978. Acting agent spotted shields at a theater workshop. As per Google Zeitgeist, Aruna was the most sought-after actress in 2010 among Indian internet users’ queries.
Aruna Shields TV is a YouTube channel dedicated to wellness that Shields launched in 2015 She received mindfulness training in addition to a master’s degree in hypnosis psychotherapy from the National Colleges of London.
