Aruna Shields

Biography:

Aruna Shields is a British therapist, actress, and filmmaker. She made her screen debut in the 2010 Indian film Prince, starring Vivek Oberoi, after being born in the United Kingdom on August 6, 1978.  Acting agent spotted shields at a theater workshop. As per Google Zeitgeist, Aruna was the most sought-after actress in 2010 among Indian internet users’ queries.

Aruna Shields TV is a YouTube channel dedicated to wellness that Shields launched in 2015  She received mindfulness training in addition to a master’s degree in hypnosis psychotherapy from the National Colleges of London. Her prior education includes an academic scholarship to Durham Boarding School, a degree from Central Saint Martins, and a distinction from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

2010 saw her make her Bollywood debut in the action thriller Prince, which hit theaters on April 9. She portrayed the lead female role in the epic adventure Ao The Last Neanderthal, a love story set in a lost, barbaric world 30,000 years ago, that same year. The movie was produced by the UGC theater chain in Europe.  On June 25, 2010, her movie Mr. Singh Mrs. Mehta was released.
