Biography:

Indian actor and ad film producer Arjun is well-known for his contributions to the motion picture business. Arjun, who was born and reared in Anchal, Kollam, Kerala, became passionate about entertaining people at the age of twelve after seeing his cousin perform on stage. But until he was chosen to participate in a school annual day function’s tableau—despite not knowing what it was at the time—he had never had the opportunity to act. Arjun’s failure to appear on stage for a dance performance the next year only strengthened his will to perform and achieve success in the future.

He opted to perform at the annual day celebration after meeting a dancer friend in college. Due to the success of the show, they eventually formed a dance crew and were given the chance to perform in various venues. Observing him tell stories in family circles, his aunt once asked him, “Why don’t you try acting?” It was the first time he considered trying his hand at acting, but he was well aware that it’s difficult to break into films without a single cinema connection. He made the decision to connect with people on Facebook, where he began texting and adding members of the film team at random. This didn’t go as expected.

Years later, Arjun noticed a Facebook casting call for filmmaker Alphonse Puthren’s film Premam while pursuing his CMA studies in Kochi. He received his first audition after sending the casting agent his photos, but he was sadly not chosen. Unfazed, he attended eight more auditions before relocating to Bangalore to pursue employment. Arjun sought guidance from family friend and commercial film director Praveen after deciding to pursue acting full-time after working for six months in an audit firm. Arjun was directed to Miramar Films, where he worked as an intern, by Praveen, who advised him to begin with ad production in order to obtain experience and connections in the film industry. When Arjun came across a casting call poster for the film Moonwalk in 2018, he made the decision to try. He was ultimately chosen for the supporting part in the movie following the audition. His career as an actor and producer began with this, and he has been looking for more chances to show off his skills ever since.
