In addition to Telugu, Urdu, and Malayalam cinema, Arbaaz Salim Abdul Rashid Khan, an Indian actor and film producer, was born on August 4, 1967.
He has appeared in numerous starring and supporting parts since making his stage debut in 1996. With the 2010 release of Dabangg, he made his cinematic debut in the Bollywood industry under the banner of Arbaaz Khan Productions. In the film, he played the younger brother of Salman Khan, his real-life sibling.
Later, the movie rose to become one of the highest-grossing Bollywood productions ever. For the movie, he was given the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Offering Healthful Entertainment. In addition, he served as the host of the Sony TV reality series Power Couple. Khan debuted on the internet in 2019 with the crime-thriller online series Poison.
Khan was born the second son in a family with deep roots in the Bollywood film industry. His mother, Sushila Charak (now known as Salma Khan), is a dancer and Bollywood actress, and his father, acclaimed screenwriter Salim Khan, is a stepmother.
He is the brother of actor-producer Sohail Khan and Bollywood star Salman Khan, with whom he went to the Scindia School in Gwalior. He has two sisters: Arpita Khan, who was adopted, and Alvira Khan, who is now known as Alvira Khan Agnihotri. The actors Aayush Sharma and Atul Agnihotri are his brother-in-laws.
