Amit Sial, born on July 1, 1975, is an Indian actor primarily active in Hindi cinema. Alongside his film work, he has appeared in several notable series including Mirzapur, Maharani, Jamtara – Sabka Number Ayega, Kathmandu Connection, and Inside Edge. Hailing from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, Sial embarked on his journey in the entertainment industry after pursuing a PG Diploma in International Business from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia. During his time in Australia, he supported himself by taking on various odd jobs such as working in restaurants and driving taxis.
In 2001, Sial relocated to Delhi and later to Mumbai in 2004 to pursue a career in Bollywood. He made his mark in the industry with roles in films like Love Sex aur Dhokha and Maharani. Notably, he co-wrote and co-produced Charlie Ke Chakkar Mein. His recent acting credits include ISSAQ, a Hindi adaptation of Romeo and Juliet filmed in Varanasi, and Coffin Maker, set in Goa alongside Naseeruddin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, and Randeep Hooda. Sial has also collaborated with Indian producer Ekta Kapoor and director Bejoy Nambiar on the film Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi.
