Indian actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor was born on September 18, 1993, and her main role is in Hindi movies. Guilty (2020), Kapoor’s feature debut, earned her a nomination for the Filmfare OTT Awards. She debuted on the internet with the Netflix series Ray (2021).
The 18th of September 1993 saw Kapoor’s birth in Bombay.[3] She was raised by her parents, Anu Ranjan, the founder of The Indian Television Academy, and Shashi Ranjan, an FTII actor/director and publisher of GR8 Magazine. Anushka Ranjan, her older sister, is also an actor. Akansha pursued an acting diploma at Whistling Woods after graduating from Jamnabai Narsee School.
TLC’s Decoded, a television fashion series, marked Kapoor’s professional debut in 2019. Next, she shared the screen with Aparshakti Khurana in the music video for Tere Do Naina. She made her movie debut in 2020 in the Netflix film Guilty, in which she played a victim of rape. Her portrayal earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Actor (Female).
After that, Kapoor made her online debut in the Netflix series Ray in 2021, starring alongside Harshvardhan Kapoor. She then costarred with Aashim Gulati in the music video for “Hum Hi Hum The”. Kapoor then starred in Monica, O My Darling with Rajkummar Rao, Radhika Apte, and Huma Qureshi.
