arun Tej, whose full name is Varun Tej Konidela, is an Indian actor who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry. He was born on January 19, 1990, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Varun Tej comes from the illustrious Konidela family, which has a rich legacy in the Telugu film industry.

Varun Tej was born in a high-class Hindu family on 19 January 1990 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. His father’s name is Nagendra Babu, a famous Telugu actor, and his mother’s name is Padmaja, a homemaker. He is the nephew to Tollywood actors Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. His sister Niharika Konidela and his cousins Ram Charm and sai Dharam tej are also actors in Tollywood.He is currently single and not dating anyone. At this moment, he is focusing entirely on his career and his work. He got engaged to actress Lavanya Tripathi    on 9 June 2023

Varun Tej made his acting debut with the film “Mukunda” in 2014, directed by Srikanth Addala. Although the film received a mixed response at the box office, Varun Tej’s performance was appreciated by critics and the audience. He received the SIIMA Award for Best Male Debutant for his portrayal in the film.
