Story:

Telugu Medium is a slice-of-life romantic drama about a young man whose education is through the Telugu medium but finds himself in a world where speaking English can mean all the difference between confidence and success in life. Faced with challenges in adapting to new environments and overcoming self-doubt while maintaining his cultural roots, the story is one of love and self-growth in the face of competition and change.
