We need time to plan kids : Upasana Konidela

Upasana Kamineni Konidela is one of the most powerful and successful business persons in our Telugu society today. She has taken over the Apollo hospitals business ventures and has been propagating about healthy life style and fitness. She even conducted a fitness and awareness challenge to transform yourself in 30 days and produced several videos involving her trainers and her performing yoga and different training routine per each day.

She shared some of her experiences with fitness challenges and how she herself transformed into a fit person all the time. She said, “I used to neglect by physique before marriage but used to take care of being healthy. I never tried to keep myself overtly fit. But my grandfather always used to say, body is our temple and we should treat it with great care. I understood that and started particising it in daily life.”

She continued, “I and Ram Charan have taken turns to inspire ourselves to keep a fit frame. As the CEO/COO of Apollo I get bare minimum time to spend in the day and I use it all very wisely balancing my family time and fitness routine. I will be every careful about eating junk food and also, I constantly keep a check on weight. I will always be on my feet to reduce even the one extra kilo I put on.” About the kids and increasing their family, “I think kids as a 20 year project and we are not there yet. It is a huge commitment for any individual and we will discuss about it when one of us feel we are ready”, said Upasana.
