Govinda Clears The Air On Bhagam Bhag 2 And Sequel Rumors

Recently, Shemaroo Entertainment and producer Sarita Ashwin Varde announced a sequel to “Bhagam Bhag”.

There were reports suggesting that the original trio Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, and Govinda would return for the film. However Govinda has clarified that he has not been approached for Bhagam Bhag 2.

In a statement Govinda said, “Nobody has contacted me or discussed Bhagam Bhag 2 with me. There are also rumors about me doing other sequels like Partner, but they are not true”.

When asked if he would join the cast if approached, Govinda explained, “While sequels are popular now, I wouldn’t agree to a project based just on assumptions or trends.

If I take up a film, I need to have a detailed discussion about everything the payment, script, my role, and the director”.
